Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be approved. Without objection, the resolution was before the Senate and was read a second time. The question being: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16 Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of Representatives for a period of more than three days, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 16 Final Passage YEAS: 18 NAYS: 2 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Green, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff Nays: Adams, Hoffman Kelly changed from "Nay" to "Yea". and so, HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and was returned to the House.
