Senator Miller, Acting Majority Leader, moved that CS FOR HOUSE                
BILL NO. 434(L&C) An Act relating to unclaimed property; and                   
providing for an effective date be taken up.  Without objection, the           
bill was read the second time.

consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final
