Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without

dissolved Native village corporations, and to the affirmative vote             
necessary to amend the articles of incorporation of Native village             
corporations to authorize the classification of directors was read the

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without

Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                  
allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.
