Without objection, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18 was referred to the Rules Committee. HB 274 President Pearce added a Judiciary Committee referral to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 274(JUD) "An Act relating to the state's tuberculosis control program; and providing for an effective date." The bill was referred to the Judiciary Committee then Finance Committee.
