Senator Leman moved for the adoption of amendment B to                         
Amendment No. 3.  Senator Rieger objected.                                     
                                                                               
Senator Rieger rose to a point of order.                                       
                                                                               
President Pearce ruled the motion out of order.                                
                                                                               
Senator Leman appealed the ruling of the chair, then withdrew his
