Senator Duncan withdrew his objection.  There being no further

"An Act imposing a reporting requirement on certain                           
sales, transfers, and consumption or uses of motor                             
fuel, increasing the motor fuel tax on motor fuel                              
used in and on watercraft, and authorizing payment                             
of a portion of that tax as refunds to municipalities;                         
and providing for an effective date."
