An Act relating to the confidentiality of certain information in               
motor vehicle records be taken up.  Without objection, the bill was            
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without
