Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that technical changes to correct the district designations be made to the resolution. These corrections will be made in enrolling. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following members moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest: Representative Barnes Representative Hanley Objection was heard and the members were required to vote.
