Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House pass SCR 9.                                                              
                                                                               
Representative Finkelstein objected and withdrew the objection.                
                                                                               
                                                                               
There being no further objection, SCR 9 passed the House, was signed           
by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
