Approving in part the revised open meetings guidelines proposed               
by the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics.                                 
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved that the House recede from its                      
amendment to CSSCR 8(RLS), namely CSSCR 8(RLS) am H, and                       
recommended that the members vote no.                                          
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the House recede from its amendment to
