Full Journal pdf1996-05-04 House Journal Page 4371 SCR 21 Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be taken up as a Special Order of Business at this time: SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No. 292, relating to searches by peace officers who enforce fish and game laws, to false statements and omissions in regard to application for fish and game licenses, tags, and permits, and to nonresident hunters. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 1996-05-04 House Journal Page 4372 SCR 21 SCR 21 was read the second time. The question being: Shall SCR 21 pass the House?
