Amendment No. 2 was offered  by Representative Vezey:                           
                                                                               
Page 7, line 20:                                                               
	Delete "nonmechanized"                                                        
	Following "mining"                                                            
	Insert "; the commissioner may not restrict recreational mining               
conducted using suction dredges provided the nozzles of the dredges            
are four inches or less in size"                                               
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
Amendment No. 2 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Representative Brown objected.
