Delete all material and insert:                                               
	* Sec. 35.  If secs. 1 - 11 and 13 - 32 of this Act take effect,           
				(1)  AS 15.13.112(b)(1) - (3), added by sec. 19 of                        
this Act, take effect July 1, 1996; and                                        
				(2)  except as provided in (1) of this section, secs.                     
1 - 11 and 13 - 32 of this Act take effect January 1, 1997.
