Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 177(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Davies by request: Page 5, line 26, following AS 18.65.715": Delete ; or is a police officer who has successfully completed firearms training and qualification within the last year Insert or is a peace officer who has successfully completed Alaska Police Standards Council Training within the last year, including firearms training and qualification Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
