The following was again before the House in third reading: 1995-05-09 House Journal Page 2060 SB 88 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 88(FIN) "An Act establishing a pilot program for charter schools; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSSB 88(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 88(FIN)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 36 NAYS: 2 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Brice, Brown, Davies, B.Davis, G.Davis, Elton, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Hanley, Ivan, James, Kelly, Kohring, Kott, Kubina, Mackie, Martin, Masek, Moses, Mulder, Navarre, Nicholia, Ogan, Parnell, Porter, Robinson, Rokeberg, Sanders, Therriault, Toohey, Vezey, Williams, Willis Nays: Bunde, Phillips Excused: MacLean Absent: Finkelstein And so, CSSB 88(FIN) passed the House on reconsideration. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 88(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
