Representative MacLean objected. Representative Davies placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall CSSB 88(FIN) advance to third reading on the same day?" CSSB 88(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSSB 88(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clauses. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Bunde gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSSB 88(FIN).
