And so, Amendment No. 2 was not adopted.                                       
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR
27 am be considered engrossed and advanced to third reading.  There            
being no objection, it was so ordered.                                         
                                                                               
HJR 27 am was read the third time.
