Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Mackie objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Finkelstein: Page 2, lines 6-9: Delete all material. Representative Finkelstein moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Green objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR 27 am be considered engrossed and advanced to third reading. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HJR 27 am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HJR 27 am pass the House?"
