RECONSIDERATION HCR 4 Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of HCR 4 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCR 4 was again before the House in second reading. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCR 4 pass the House?"
