Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Parnell and Ivan: Page 2, line 26: Delete 12 Insert 13 Page 2, line 31: Delete 10 Insert 11 Page 3, line 9: Delete and Page 3, line 10: Delete be it Page 3, after line 10: Insert the following new subparagraph: (J) one member from the Department of Law; and be it Representative Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: Shall CSHCR 26(FIN) am pass the House?
