""An Act repealing a restriction on the use of youth residential              
services grants that prohibits use of the grants for capital assets;

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF                              
ALASKA:                                                                        
                                                                               
   * Section 1.  AS 47.40.041(c)(2) is repealed."                             
                                                                               
Renumber the following bill section accordingly.
