Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 4529) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 478                                                            
An Act allowing licensed real estate brokers, associate real estate           
brokers, and real estate salespersons to prepare certain documents;
