HB 287                                                                       
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
HB287 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed            
on final passage.                                                              
                                                                               
Representative Mackie objected.                                                
                                                                               
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that HB287 will be in third reading on the May 6,           
1995, calendar.                                                                
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
HB287 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed            
on final passage.  There being no further objection, it was so ordered.
