HB 188 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 188 "An Act creating the crime of indecent viewing and photography." with the: Journal Page JUD RPT CS(JUD) 5DP 1AM 727 ZERO FISCAL NOTE (LAW) 727 FIN REFERRAL WAIVED 756 Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 188(JUD) "An Act creating the crime of indecent viewing or photography." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Brown, Porter and Mackie: Page 2, following line 5: Insert a new subsection to read: "(d) This section does not apply to viewing or photography conducted by a law enforcement agency for a law enforcement purpose." Reletter the following subsections accordingly. Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
