There being no objection, CSHB 137(FIN) was returned to second reading. Amendment No. 21 was offered by Representatives Mulder, G.Davis, Rokeberg and Hanley: Page 2, line 8: Delete "$6,535,600" Insert "$7,145,500" Adjust the funding information accordingly. Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 21 be adopted. Representative MacLean objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 21 be adopted?"
