A message dated June 29, 1995, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

"An Act excluding certain direct sellers of consumer products from

Under the authority of art. II, sec. 15 of the Alaska Constitution, I have     
vetoed the following bill:                                                     
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 122(FIN) am S                             
"An Act imposing a reporting requirement on certain sales,                    
transfers, and consumption or uses of motor fuel, increasing the               
motor fuel tax on motor fuel used in and on watercraft, and                    
authorizing payment of a portion of that tax as refunds to                     
municipalities; and providing for an effective date."
