THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 104 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 28, 1995, calendar (page 1635), and moved to follow HJR 38 (page 1673), was read the third time: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104(JUD) am "An Act relating to disclosures of information about certain minors." Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSSHB104(JUD)am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 4. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 4 was offered by Representatives Brice and Kott: Page 1, line 10, after "offense": Insert ", the minor committed the offense on or after the effective date of this Act, and the offense is one" Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 4 be adopted.
