Amendment No. 11 was not offered. Amendment No. 12 was offered by Representatives Finkelstein and Mulder: Page 5, after line 28 through line 31: Delete all material and insert a new subsection to read: "(j) Prior to the sale of any pull-tab games, operators, vendors and permittees shall clearly identify to the public the permittee that will benefit from the sale of that pull-tab series. Such notice shall be posted so that it is clearly visible in a location in close proximity to where the sale of pull-tabs occurs." Representative Finkelstein moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 12 be adopted. Representative Martin objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 12 be adopted?"
