The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 342(RES) am An Act relating to water quality. Representative Vezey placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. Representative Robinson moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Robinson was required to vote. The question to be reconsidered: Shall CSHB 342(RES) am pass the House?
