There being no objection, it was so ordered. **The presence of Representative Parnell was noted. HB 328 was read the third time. **The presence of Representatives Finkelstein, Kubina, Mackie and Navarre was noted. Representative Brown lifted the call. The question being: "Shall HB 328 pass the House?"
