Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Davies and Martin: Page 2, line 5, after "waiving": Delete "my right to a secret ballot" Insert "a portion of my right to a secret ballot to the extent necessary to process my ballot, but expect that my vote will be held as confidential as possible" 1995-03-01 House Journal Page 0533 HB 42 Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
