SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 4 Naming the Poet                             
Laureate of Alaska, was read the second time and was before the                
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Senators Halford, Duncan, Zharoff, Taylor, Green, Torgerson moved              
and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on                
the resolution.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                         
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 4 Naming the Poet Laureate of Alaska, pass the Senate?"  The
