The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following

CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 283(RLS)                                               
An Act relating to filing, recording, and indexing of documents               
with or by the Department of Natural Resources; repealing certain              
filing requirements concerning property involving nonresident                  
aliens; and providing for an effective date.                                   
                                                                               
CSSB 283(RLS) was removed from the Finance Committee and                       
referred to the Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
