Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House amendments. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the House Letter of Intent (House Journal page 4279) be adopted. Without objection, the Legislative Letter of Intent was adopted. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 250(FIN) am? The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment with a Legislative Letter of Intent.
