Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Rieger was required to vote. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 165(L&C)? The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 165(HES) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 165(L&C)? YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 165(HES) An Act relating to psychologists and psychological associates. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
