amending appropriations; and providing for an effective date" which            
had been held in second reading (page 1494) was before the Senate.             
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                
with amendments pending, be held in second reading to the May 5                
calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
