Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 2706. Without objection, CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 52(JUD) An Act providing for an advisory vote on the issue of capital punishment was adopted and read the second time. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Objections were heard. The question being: Shall the bill be advanced to third reading?
