Representative Vezey moved that the House adopt the Free Conference Committee report, thus adopting FCCS SB 6 and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being Shall the House adopt the Free Conference Committee report? Representative Navarre gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on FCCS SB 6. Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his notice of reconsideration. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. The Senate has adopted the Free Conference Committee report (page 3519 of the Senate Journal).
