MESSAGES FROM THE GOVERNOR SB 78 Message of April 10 was read, stating the Governor signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing: SENATE BILL NO. 78 am "An Act related to the authority of certain beverage dispensary licensees to stock alcoholic beverages in guest rooms and prohibiting certain room rentals for the purpose of providing alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age."
