Senator Halford, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that               
the Finance Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                  
NO. 86(CRA)(title am) "An Act relating to municipal flat taxes on              
personal property and permitting municipalities to classify and                
exempt or partially exempt some or all types of personal property              
from ad valorem taxes."  Without objection, the bill was referred to           
the Rules Committee.
