Senator Leman requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                     
HOUSE BILL NO. 46(STA) "An Act relating to the practice of                     
architecture, engineering, and land surveying" be taken up at this             
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 46(STA) was before the Senate on                         
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the                       
reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 46(STA) be held to                    
the May 13 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
