be withdrawn.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                           
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19 be taken up before CS FOR                         
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 43(FIN).  Without objection, it

SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 Urging the Environmental Protection                    
Agency to suspend the oxygenated fuels program in Anchorage,                   
Alaska, was read the second time.                                              
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee Substitute              
offered on page 822 (1993 Senate Journal).  Without objection, CS              
FOR SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2(HES) Urging the                                    
Environmental Protection Agency to request a moratorium from the               
Congress for the MTBE oxygenated fuels programs in Anchorage                   
and Fairbanks, Alaska, was adopted.
