Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 453(FIN) was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. SECOND READING OF SENATE RESOLUTIONS SJR 48 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 48 Relating to welfare reform, was read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 48 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 48 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 48 Relating to welfare reform, pass the Senate?"
