Coast Guard commercial fishing vessel safety regulations, was read             
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27 be considered engrossed, advanced to                   
third reading and placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was
