excused from a call of the Senate from 5:00 p.m., March 5 through

Senator Jacko, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                       
27 Relating to United States Coast Guard commercial fishing vessel             
safety regulations, for a Rules Committee meeting.  Senator Adams              
objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further
