Senator Miller, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Resources Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 183                  
"An Act making special appropriations for restoration projects                 
relating to the Exxon Valdez oil spill and for oil spill response              
projects; and providing for an effective date."  Senator Lincoln               
objected.
