The Honorable Daniel A. Moore, Jr. was escorted to the rostrum and             
introduced by President Halford.                                               
                                                                               
Chief Justice Daniel A. Moore, Jr. introduced Justice Jay Rabinowitz,          
Justice Warren Matthews and Justice Alexander Bryner, pro tem.                 
                                                                               
Chief Justice Moore delivered his address.  This address appears in            
Senate and House Joint Journal Supplement No. 17.                              
                                                                               
Following his address, the Chief Justice received a standing ovation           
and was escorted from the chamber by Representative Grussendorf                
and Senator Miller.                                                            
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Joint                
Session stand in adjournment.  Without objection, President Halford
