President Halford stated HOUSE BILL NO. 144 "An Act relating to                
fees for certain costs of administering the permanent fund dividend            
program" would be taken from the Rules Committee and referred to               
the Finance Committee.                                                         
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 144 was referred to the Finance Committee.                      
Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                   
excused from a call of the Senate from 5:00 p.m., February 15 to               
morning plane time, February 17.  Without objection, Senator Pearce

Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
excused from a call of the Senate from 6:00 p.m., February 4 to
