Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                  
Legislature concerning House Bill No. 249, relating to electrical and          
mechanical administrators, which had been placed on today's                    
calendar (page 4563) was read the second time.

Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                                  
RESOLUTION NO. 25 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b),                   
and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No.            
249, relating to electrical and mechanical administrators, pass the
