Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24  be taken up at this time.

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24 Suspending                                 
Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                  
Legislature concerning House Bill No. 538, relating to billing and             
payment for health care services, was read the second time.                    
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24 was before the                             
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                                  
RESOLUTION NO. 24 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b),                   
and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No.            
538, relating to billing and payment for health care services, pass the
